The free version includes the ability to use any of the supported models on as much of your data and you want using the LM custom function. You can also generate formulas and make changes to your entire sheet as well as generate formatting automatically all with any model.
The paid version allows you to use the TASK custom functions and to create workflows and run them using the Run button. These allow integrations with other data sources and destinations. Pulling data in from URLs, sending data out to webhooks, bringing in data from Google Drive™ including transcription and sending data output to new Google Docs™.

For more technical users who want to integrate with Ollama and run local AI models for free (ideal if you have your own GPU), you will need to use ngrok or a similar service to expose the Ollama api to Google Sheets™
